Brewing tips:

1) Tea to water ratio: 30:1, meaning approximately 6 grams of tea can be placed in a 180 ml container.
2) Brewing water temperature: After rinsing the tea with boiling water, brew with hot water at 95-98 degrees Celsius.
3) Brewing method: Pour from a fixed point at a high angle. At the beginning, you can partially open the pot lid to avoid the temperature being too high. For the later infusions, you can boil the tea if necessary.
4) Brewing time: The first brew is about 30 seconds, and each subsequent brew is 15 seconds longer. It can be brewed about 5-7 times according to personal taste.
