1. What is the difference between sun-dried black tea and regular black tea?
   Sun-dried black tea lies between semi-fermented Oolong and fully fermented black tea. Using ancient sun-drying methods, it undergoes natural fermentation, avoiding excessive heat.
   Regular black tea is using artificial high-temperature roasting aims to preserve high aroma and freshness, while sun-dried red tea attracts tea enthusiasts with its complexity from post-fermentation and a smoothness that is not harsh.

2. Is the so-called Pu-erh raw tea the same as the Pu-erh tea we usually encounter?
   The Pu-erh we typically drink is usually fermented tea, which involves a process of adding wet piling after the tea is processed to hasten its fermentation. This method emerged in modern times, primarily due to market demand, as customers do not want to wait too long to enjoy delicious Pu-erh tea.
   In fact, the original Pu-erh tea (raw tea) is similar to green tea, slowly fermenting over the years through exposure to air, known as post-fermented tea. Raw Pu-erh tea that is just a year old is believed to have "cold" character and not suitable for immediate consumption.
   After 1-2 years, raw Pu-erh tea can be enjoyed like green tea, gradually transforming to a deeper color over time, with its taste becoming milder and richer. However, this requires significant time!

3. How does the famous Yiwu area of Yunnan Pu-erh tea captivate consumers?
   Yiwu, also known as Mansa, means "the dwelling place of beautiful snakes." The ancient Pu people have cultivated tea trees in Yiwu for over a thousand years. The tea is gentle and smooth, earning it the title of "Queen of Tea." This product is fermented tea made through wet piling, characterized by a soft and smooth tea soup, velvety sweetness, and rich aroma, unique and enchanting for those who try it.

4. What mountain experience can Da Zhong Mountain, known as "Little Bingdao," bring you?
   Da Zhong Mountain is a village with only about ten households, located deep within the Mengku Great Snow Mountain, and is the highest peak in the West Mountain area.
   It is shrouded in clouds year-round and receives abundant rainfall, resulting in tea products rich in wild flavor. Characterized by its fresh and elegant fragrance, it has a light entrance but a strong aftertaste, with a smooth tea soup that leaves a lingering aroma. The aftertaste is long-lasting.
